We will be waking up at dawn to engage together in energy channeling practices, that include breathwork and ancestral postures, to connect with the source of pranic nourishment, working with the sun and the water.       There are 10 natural cosmic essences/elements that sustain human life. Each day governs a different natural cosmic essence/element, each element will influence each person in their daily experiences. Every activity in nature during the journey, will be in alignment with the theme of the element, or natural essence that we will be working on. During the 5 days we will enjoy different activities in nature, including whale watching, bird watching, visiting waterfalls, natural pools and the manglar, beach time and walking in ecological trails. Also we will have artistic and cultural activities with the local community, We will take a journey through each of the ESSENCES/ELEMENTS that nature offers us, while you discover which one is yours, and what represents for you in a particular way. We will learn how the 5 elements are located in our star and how the elements operate with the natural essence of each person. Every person will work with the flow of their star to understand the complete energetic circuit. This information will help the individual to bring order into the material world, without running out of energy. The matter has an order of perfection, and the natural essences are the keys to show us how that order works in the realm of duality.
